The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement for assistance with assessment of the station safety program and follow-up assistance with products associated with achievement of safety compliance at Coleman National Fish Hatchery Complex in Anderson, CA. This will be "best value" procurement with award based on past performance with similar requirements and price. Past performance is significantly more important than price.
