Description

Current Reading: The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Firm-Fixed price contract will be issued with a performance period of three years from the date of Notice to Proceed. . How Changed: A Firm-Fixed price contract will be issued with a performance period for one Base year and two Option years from the date of Notice to Proceed. The extimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 for the base year and for both option years. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1. Expertise in application of coupled hydrodynamic model of surface/groundwater flow and water quality in Florida estuarine ecosystem 2. Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology of Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River ecosystem 3. Expertise with EFDC/HEM3D model 4. Past performance related to completed projects for NPS 5. Reasonable cost estimate based on similar studies in Florida Solicitation will be posted on or about July 24, 2007
