Description: The contractor will provide maintenance and service on the AGFA equipment identified below. Maintenance and service will be performed in accordance with Section C - Statement of Work. The contractor shall be certified by the OEM to maintain the equipment. The contractor shall also certify their ability to obtain new parts in a time-frame that enable compliance the response time identified in Section C.
