- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F38604-07-Q-B033, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 and DCN 20070531. This purchase is for use outside the U.S. and is unrestricted. The requirement is as follows: 2 EACH 12,000 ANSI Lumen (Lens not included) EIKI LC-XT4U; 2 EACH AH-22051 Lens; 12 EACH Bulbs P/N 610-327-4928; 2 EACH EXT-DVI-1000HD300B Extender Kit #4 (300ft) 4 strand LC-LC fiber optics, CAT-5 DVI-10000HD; 2 EACH DVI-3410a Video to DVI Converter/Scaler; 2 EACH SW-2603-10 DVD-D Male to Male Dual Link Cable ? 10 ft; 2 EACH SW-4281-15 DVI to Component Video Cable- 15 ft; 2 EACH SW-6181 HDMI Male to DVI-D Male Dual Link Cable-6ft; 2 EACH Model HD-A2 Toshiba HD DVD High Definition DVD Player with Standard DVD Upconversion. Delivery: FOB Destination to Al Udeid AB, Qatar. Required delivery date is 15 Aug 07. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on price, delivery terms, and technically acceptable. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. If the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) has already been completed, a statement to that affect will be sufficient.
