Description: This pre-solicitation is modified to report that the VA Medical Center anticipates this requirement as a Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The VA Medical Center, Minneapolis Energy Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide Water Treatment Chemicals for Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Closed Loop Systems and Once-Through Well Water Cooling Systems. Contractor will provide all product, labor, testing equipment and training associated with products. A Firm Fixed Price contract for Base plus three one-year Options will be awarded. A solicitation is anticipated to be issued within the next 30 days.
