Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Marion Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with 3M Company. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with 3M Company for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for 3M Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilizer), its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Marion Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) 2401 West Main Marion, IL 62959. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339113. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3842.
