Description

This project includes, but is not limited to demolishing the King Fisher panels in the following buildings: 208, 210,211, 212 plating, 212 weld, 212 foundry, 220, and 230. New Simplex 4100 panels will be installed in all the buildings above with the exception of buildings 208, 210, and 220 which already have Simplex 4100 panels. All Simplex 4100 panels in the buildings above will be configured to communicate to the Simplex panel in building 225 Fire Station by way of new fiber optic modems. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed procurement is between $100,000 and $250,0 00. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS code 238210/$13.0M. The solicitation, plans and specifications will be available on or about July 23, 2007. The solicitation and spec ification will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. The solicitation and specification will also be available for download by accessing the following address via the World Wide Web: h ttps://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/IM/solicitation_index.htm Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Plans will be issued on compact disc via mail. To obtain a compact disc containing plans, contact the point of contact listed below via email. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them p rior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
