Description

The work includes general surface preparation both interior & exterior, painting both interior and exterior on multiple types of surfaces, Water Blasting exterior building shells and sealing along with general gutter cleaning by means of an indefinite quantity contract for a period of 12 months. The contract also provides additional option periods of 1 to 12 months each, to be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The maximum length of the contract, including the initial period and all option periods is Sixty (60) months. Work may be ordered at any or all of the following installations; Naval Air Station, Meridian MS, Naval Support Center Meridian, MS, Outlying Joe Williams Field, Kemper County, MS, Outlying Bombing Range, Sea Ray Target Range Kemper, MS, Naval Support Center Bessemer, AL, Naval Support Center Tuscaloosa, AL, and Naval Support Center Huntsville, AL. The entire solicitation, including plans and specifications, is available for viewing and downloading at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the web site. The official plan holder's list will be maintained and can be printed from the web from the web site. Amendments will be posted on the web site for downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, IT IS THE OFFEROR?S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION.
