Description

AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included as an attachment to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number is DS07005. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 effective 22 March 2007 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) current to 20060616. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses and provisions: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 Alternate II; 52.222-3, 52.232-17, 52.247-34, 52.252-2, 52.252-6, 52.204-6, 52.204-7, DFARS 252.204-70004 Alternate A, 252.212-7001. The Counterintelligence Field Activity shall award a single firm-fixed contract with four option years under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 15. The contract will be awarded utilizing a best value trade off. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified Offerors may submit proposals. The HBCU/MIs set aside is cancelled as per DFARS 226.370-5(c). Time period for contractor questions is extended and must be received at CIFA by July 13, 2007, 6:00 PM EST.
