Description
The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,600 to 6,200 rentable square feet in Pampa, Texas within the following designated area: The boundaries are as follows: North 25th Street/Hobart Street/23rd Street South Harvester Avenue East Evergreen West Sumner Street The space should yield between 4,900 to 5,400 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2007. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. Parking to accommodate 27 spaces is required. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than March 21, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
