- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Oce TCS 500 Wide Format Color Print, Copy and Scan System This is a combined brand name sole-source synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DTFH70-07-Q-00017 is a Request for Quotation issued by Federal Highway Administration Simplified Acquisitions Department with the intent to procure an Oce TCS 500 Wide Format Color Print, Copy and Scan System to be installed with training at Federal Highway Administration, 610 East 5th Street, Vancouver, WA 98661. Included with this purchase will be the trade in of 2 ea wide format plotter and scanner; Xerox 8830 and a Hewlett Packard 800ps. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423420 with an industry size standard of 100 employees. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer or whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. DTFH70-07-Q-00017 (RFQ) is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2005-16.
