- The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a sole source procurement to Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES for service at the Pine Bridge School under authority for FAR 6.302 to provide students with comprehensive special education services that include speech/language therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Putnam BOCES is the only known source to meet DDESS's requirement for these special education services. This is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no Solicitation. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DDESS's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Response Date: 3:00 P.M.
