Description: A One-Time Waiver (OTW) has been granted under Subsection 842(b) of P.L. 109-364 to Raytheon Company for items and contracts contained in the Contractor's OTW request. Please note the waiver covers the majority of products produced by Raytheon and provided to the Government. This action is taken under authority delegated to the Director, Defense Contract Management Agency, for broad-based Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and OTW requests. The OTW is effective July 9, 2007, and applies to non-compliant specialty metals incorporated into items produced, manufactured, or assembled in the United States prior to October 17, 2006, where final acceptance takes place after that date but before September 30, 2010.
