- The objective of this project is to remove existing timber slash within the Reynolds basin project area. Offerors are advised that burning slash in place will not be considered. Offerors are advised that road base integrity must be maintained. Technical approaches that demonstrate the offerors attempt to support biomass energy conversion efforts will be favorably considered over other removal efforts. It is the Government's intention to hydro mulch each landing at the conclusion of this project.
