Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to accomplish project No. 666-07-103, Construction Services to construct a Pharmacy Clean room at the VA Medical Center Sheridan, WY. This Acquisition is a Competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, bids will only be accepted from firms that are certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in www.vetbiz.gov. Project Cost Range: $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. A Bid Bond (Standard Form 24) is required on this project. A Payment (Standard Form 25a) & Performance Bond (Standard Form 25) is required within 10 calendar days after award. The solicitation will be issued in hard copy only (i.e. not electronic). Plan sets can be obtained on or after the issue date from the A/E, Malone Belton Able, 340 West Dow Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, 307-674-4476. There is a $75 refundable deposit required for Plan Sets Contractor must complete the project within 90 days after receiving notice to proceed. There will be a pre-bid walk through (site visit) at 1:00 PM (Mountain Time) on August 1, 2007, meeting first at VA Medical Center Building 5 Room 219, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY. There will be a public bid opening, 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, August 23, 2007. There will be a refundable key deposit required at the time of contract implementation of $1,000.00.
