Description: This DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is issued for industry comments. This DRAFT PWS is for non-personal information technology (IT) services for classified, unclassified and coalition systems for elements of the United States Army Network En terprise Technology Command/9th Signal Command (Army ) (NETCOM/9th SC(A)), 5th Signal Command/U.S. Army Europe Theater Network Operations Security Center (E-TNOSC) mission and its supported customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including federal h olidays. The service provider will be required to provide all personnel, management, transportation, and other related services for the Army E-TNOSC at Funari Barracks, Mannheim Germany, and where mission dictates at outlying areas to perform installation , operation, administration, and maintenance of various network management and security monitoring systems, operating systems and network application systems installed in the E-TNOSC or maintained by the E-TNOSC at various sites. Interested offerors are i nvited to review the requirements set forth in this DRAFT PWS and submit questions and/or comments, in writing via e-mail, to Vicky Warford (vicky.warford@us.army.mil). Each submitter will be provided a direct response to their question/comment. In addit ion, all questions/comments will be compiled into a list and posted under the solicitation number on FedBizOpps. To avoid possible delay in the governments response, all questions/comments must be submitted for receipt by the Contracting Office no later than July 19, 2007; 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight savings time.
