- The U.S. Army Research Development & Engineering Center (ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, Picatinny, NJ has a requirement for contractor support in the form of program planning, management, logistical, analytical, technical and requirements development, best practices insertion, risk/benefit/trade-off analyses and administration. Specific requirements shall include expanding, developing and supporting the USTRANSCOM J5 Intermodal Initiatives and Programs, CASCOM Concepts and Doctrine Directorate Initiatives and Deputy Commander Futures Directives, LRED Advanced Initiatives and other programs as directed. Throughout the period of performance the contractor support shall be in the form of program planning, management, logistical, analytical, technical, and requirements development, best practices insertion, risk/benefit/trade-off analyses and administration. The Government intends to award a sole source contract with 2008 as the base year with four (4) option years in the amount of $200K per year to Acquisition Technologies Integrated, Inc. (Joseph Bell) 104 Ketch Court, Williamsburg, VA 23185 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302- 1, only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. Mr. Bell is a retired Acquisition Officer with previous Transportation and Armor experience. He has successfully written two (2) Capability Production Documents and is currently drafting a third to support Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Milestone C and future production decisions. He is very familiar with tactical and operational distribution and with his knowledge and experience will bring credible support and positive influence to the JMIDS project. All responsible sources, however, may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. Please submit your responses via email only no later than 08 August 2007.
