- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is initiating a program titled Transforming the Dissemination Environment (TDE) that will allow it's customers access to GEOINT and media services via a Dissemination Portal or ?store front?. The intent is to reduce or eliminate centralized hardcopy/media production and improve dissemination flexibility. A key component of the TDE will be an integrated network of information systems to support on-demand customer requirements for NGA products and services. NGA is requesting consulting, design and implementation services to demonstrate the analog to digital transformation in support of the Demand Based Geospatial?Intelligence (DBGI) program through implementation of a full-blown DBGI Pilot in Fort Bragg, North Carolina and the Supply Chain Management task at NGA in Arnold, Missouri. The DBGI pilot shall utilize Content Discovery and Delivery (CDD) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) with digital printing capability. The contractor shall develop the DBGI-Pilot Implementation Plan, acquire or lease all necessary hardware and software, coordinate with all local site security and infrastructure points of contact, implement the DBGI-Pilot, and develop analysis and reports documenting objectives and results of the Pilot. The DBGI-Pilot will test the DBGI concept of printing standard and customized non-standard GEOINT on a digital press and/or plotter, forward staging GEOINT through CDD and managing requirements through SCM.
