- Reference Numbered Note #1 and #23 This is a third amendment to solicitation W31P4Q-07-T-0427. The purpose of this amendment to is provide notice this requirement has been designated as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Also, this amendment her eby provides the following description for each of the five (5) Remstar units: height is 9.25 ft, width is 10 ft, and has twelve (12) carousels/shelves per unit. The data to be removed and replaced from each unit consist of hardcopies, floppy disks, CDs, a nd tapes. The point of contact for this effort is Ms. Elaine Cameron, elaine.cameron@conus.army.mil.
