- The above referenced solicitation is modified as follows: 1. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors in no order of importance: (1) offerors capability to provide a quality product that meets the Government needs; (2) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; (3) total cost and/or price, and (4) delivery of all items; 45 days after receipt of award. 2. Quote all or none. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JUL-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
