- Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0837, 0015509791, NSN: 4250-01-411-7240, Recovery and Recycling Unit, Multiple Refrigerants. Approved source: SPX Corporation (Cages 07295 or 45225), part number: 17800B 115V, 60 HZ W/1 Tank, Cart Mounted. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Quantity variance shall be + / - 10% to allow for full truckload shipments. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 FAR 5.203. FAR Part 12 applies. This is solicited as Other Than Full and Open Competition as an unrestricted procurement and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract for a quantity of 190 each (EA). A 100% Quantity Option shall not be included in the solicitation. Progress payments shall not be included in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). DLA-Direct lines only to Tracy, CA (AQ5) ? qty 1 EA & New Cumberland, PA (SNG) ? qty 189 EA. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 68 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on July 25, 2007 with a closing date of August 8, 2007.
