Description

This solicitation is currently projected for a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns interested in submitting offers for this solicitation should contact Linda Ford (626)574-5242 for consideration of further set-aside actions under one of these socially-economic programs. Contact must be made prior to the expiration of this 15-day synopsis. The solicitation will provide the final set-aside determination. The project consists of constructing a new engine garage at the Ozena Fire Station located on the Mt. Pinos Ranger District of the Los Padres National Forest. The work includes the demolition and removal of garage and removal of the concrete foundation. Work also includes site grading, new utility connections and trenching, construction staking, quality control and erosion protection. Government Estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. NAICS 236220 SBA Size Standard $31.0 million. Estimated contract time is 180 calendar day. Estimated start day September 24, 2007. Contractors must be registered in Contractors Central Registry BEFORE an award can be made. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov.
