Description: The Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement for the Repair of Repairables (ROR) for Engineering, Manufacturing and Development (EMD) assets for the EA6B Increased Capabilities (ICAP III) product line. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a twelve (12) month Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-05-G-0001 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, 600 Grumman Road West, Bethpage, NY 11714. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the EA6B aircraft, and is the only firm possessing the requisite knowledge, design and engineering experience with the EA6B airframe and it's subsequent instrumentation modifications to date to perform this effort in a timely manner.
