Description: In accordance to FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The Library of Congress intends to negotiate non-competitively with EX Libris (USA), Inc. 1350 East Touhy, Suite 200 East, Des Plaines, IL 60018 for hardware and software. The hardware and software consists of the following: Annual maintenance and support for the Library?s seven production Voyager databases and additional testing and training databases. This includes 24 x 7 access to Ex Libris customer support, documentation for all versions of the software, upgrades to new versions of the software, and consultation on hardware and software configuration.
