- Amendment 0001 is issued to reopen the solicitation to enhance competition. The new closing date is 30 July 2007. The contract will be for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for items in which the Government has Drawings for the solicited items. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award will be made based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP will be available for download on 5/15/2007 by accessing the DSCC DIBBS at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Instruction for requesting drawings: In multi-NSN solicitations, Dwgs are NOT available on the dibbs.
