- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1620-01-296-9927, 0013021641, Control Assembly. The OEM is McDonnell Douglas Cage 43999. Other sources listed in the AID are Maney Aircraft Cage: 10000, Kit Pack Company Cage: 30842, and Eaton Aerospace Cage: 99145. Requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed contract for a base of 11 each no quantity option. The solicitation issue date is July 25, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is August 23 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation will be issued unrestricted full and open competition under the negotiation method. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
