- Solicitation AG-4870-S-07-0007 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQs should be submitted in writing, email, or fax. The synopsis will run for 5 days beginning July 11, 2007. The solicitation will be posted to FBO beginning July 16, 2007 and run until Tuesday, July 31, 2007. This acquisition is for supplies. Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area (NRA) is a designated National Recreation Area under the management of USDA Forest Service. This solicitation will for the acquisition of front loading dumpsters. The purchase order being issued will require performance by September 30, 2007. This solicitation is being set aside 100% for small business. Offers must be received at the Administrative Office, USDA Forest Service, Land Between The Lakes NRA, 100 Van Morgan Drive, Golden Pond, KY 42211 no later than 4:30 PM CDT on Monday, July 31, 2007. The government anticipates award on or about August 6, 2007. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote offers the best value to the government (price and other factors considered). The award will be made to the technically qualified low offeror.
