- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-51A8-S-07-0007 and it is a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333911 and the size standard in number of employees is 500. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5,Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. This acquisition consists of lift station lids, pumps and control panels. Item 01. Lift Station Lids, 10 each. * Item 02. Meyers, WG30H21 Pump, 2 each. Item 03. Meyers WG20H21 Pump, 2 each. Item 04. Hydromatic, HPG200M2-2 Pump, 4 each. Item 05. Hydromatic, HPGH300M2-2 Pump, 2 each. Item 06. Hydromatic SPD100AH2, Pump, 2 each. Item 07. Control Panels, Novus 1000, 8 each.* *Item 01: Lift Station Lids 2 are standard size C1R52 48ID. 2 sets per Laurel Bridge drawing. 1 set per Holly Bay Main Lift Station drawing. 1 set per Holly Bay A Lift Station drawing. 4 sets per Holly Bay B,H,G & Fish Station Lift Station drawing. Contact Barbara Ridley at bridley@fs.fed.us for drawings. *Item 07: Control Panels All panels are to be equal to the following specified Hydromatic model, except modified as required to operate specific pumps: Panel Model: 62014-903-7 Schematic diagram: 62014-903-7 Pumps: HPG200 Electric: 1 phase 230 volt, 60 hertz Load: Motor: 12 amp full load; Panel 24amp full load 3 of the panels are to be as above or equal to operate Hydromatic HPGH200 pumps. 3 of the panels are to be as above or equal, modified as needed to operate Myers WG20 grinder pumps, with seal failure circuitry. 2 of the panels are to be as above or equal, modified as needed to operate Myers WG30H21 grinder pumps, with seal failure circuitry. All panels are to be mounted in stainless steel Nema 4X enclosures, provided with a non ferrous pedestal mount and sealing block to isolate interior panel components from lift station gasses. Brand names as specified are to be provided except as noted. We are replacing current pumps and do not have the funding or the storage to maintain stock of numerous replacement parts. The lift stations are a critical part of keeping our campgrounds open. Price quoted to be FOB Destination to USDA Forest Service, London Ranger District, 761 South Laurel Road, London KY 40741. Delivery Time: 60 days ARO. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are due August 3, 2007, 4:30 PM local time.
