Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform project number 668-05-107 "MRI Suite" The project includes the remodel of approx. 2200 SF of existing space and the addition of approx. 1170 SF new space to the east wing of Bldg 27. The project includes site prep, demolition, excavation, site utilities, concrete work, general construction, structural steel, mechanical & electrical, landscaping, and certain other items as detailed within the project plans and specifications. Contract performance time is 210 calendar days. This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS 236220 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. Cost range for the subject project is $500,000 - $1,000,000.
