- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3Z3557179A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18 and Defense DCN 20070531. This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside; The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8299. The business size standard is 6,500,000. This request for quotation consists of the following items: Item 0001: Qty 1 EA, Non-personal services as test administrator for the testing of personnel at Travis AFB, CA 94535 until 30 September 2007. Testing of personnel and administrative time of five (5) or more individuals within approximate four (4) hour block IAW statement of work. In support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education testing program to include the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Professional Military Education (PME), and Career Development Course (CDC) testing programs. For an electronic copy of the statement of work email kyle.krieman@travis.af.mil. Serves as a test examiner for the administration, safeguarding and physical control of a wide variety of tests. May arrange in advance for testing rooms and facilities to correspond with testing schedules. Becomes thoroughly familiar with the Examiner's Manual for the test(s) prior to testing. Issues all materials required for test administration. Establishes positive identification of all testing applicants. Physically oversees all examinees during the testing session. May conduct a page check of each examination prior to and following administration. Completes inventories of all test materials. Contractors are asked to submit their tax identification number with their proposal. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
