- The 35th Contracting Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan intends to award a sole source delivery order to World Wide Technology, Inc. Required items are upgrading for five Hard Drives while maintaining valid warranty. Items to be purchased are: CLIN 0001: New EMC CX 300 GB 10,000PRM Fiber Channer SCSI Hard Drive, P/N#: CX2G10300U; QUANTITY 5 EA. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 24 Jul 07 at 4:00 P.M.
