Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract modification with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Portsmouth, RI on a sole source basis for the procurement of three (3) AN/AQS-22 ALFS systems. As the sole manufacturer and developer of the ALFS system, IDS is the only known source with the technical experience necessary to perform this effort within the time frame required to meet the Government?s needs.
