- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of Naval Ship Repair Facility, Yokosuka, has a requirement for Stern Tube Seal Assembly units to be used as part of the MX-9 major overhaul kit. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Wartsila Lips, Inc. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. FOB Destination: Travis AFB, CA 94535. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
