- This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to Global Technologies Group, Inc., 3108 Columbia Pike, Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22204, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for a GLOBAL DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERVER; DUAL CPU CONTROL, (2) DUAL CORE CPUS, 4GB RAM, 80GB HARD DRIVE; 10TB RAID SUBSYSTEM (SCSI TO SATA RAID, 266 ASIC, 4U RACKMOUNT, 4X SCSI-320 VHDCI CONNECTORS, SATA II DRIVE CHANNELS, SINGLE CONTROLLER); MEDIABEACON R3EVOLUTION ENTERPRISE PRO FOR WINDOWS 2003; 2EA MEDIABEACON RIMAGE INTEGRATION SOFTWARE; 1ST YEAR ANNUAL SOFTWARE UPGRADE AGREEMENTS (P/N: GDAMS-R3-ENT-ASUA-1YR - NOCHARGE); W/ADDITIONAL 2YRS, 2EA GDAMS R3 ENTERPRISE ANNUAL SOFTWARE UPDATE AND ASSURANCE (P/N: GDAMS-ASUA-OUT); CONTROL CENTER 1ST-YEAR ON-SITE SERVICE WARRANTY UPGRADE (P/N: GDAMS-CC-1YR); RAID STORAGE SYSTEM 1ST-YEAR ON SITE SERVICE WARRANTY UPGRADE (P/N: GDAMS-12TB-1YR); W/ADDITONAL 2YRS, 2EA CONTROL CENTER ON-SITE SERVICE WARRANTY UPGRADE (P/N: GDAMS-CC-OUT); W/ADDITIONAL 2YRS, 2EA RAID STORAGE SYSTEM ON-SITE SERVICE WARRANTY UPGRADE (P/N: GDAMS-12TB-OUT); 20HRS INTEGRATION AND SUPPORT TIME (P/N: GDAMS-INT-20); SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION 101+ USER(P/N: GDAMS_INSTALL); ONGOING SUPPORT FOR REVOLUTION (P/N: GDAMS-R3-SUPPORT); PWR RQMTS: 110VAC, 60HZ, AND TRAINING FOR ON-SITE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPLEMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATION. The server system is required to provide a digital asset management solution to support the SAF/PA?s mission of providing a web-based imagery sharing and delivery service to the Department of Defense. This announcement constitutes the only notice, a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
