Description

Response date was done in error it should read o/a 8/6/2007 not 07/16/2007 the date issued. Also, the solicitation availability date in the description is a typo it should read o/a 07/16/2007 not 07/16/2004. The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, California intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is being set-aside for small business disabled veteran owned company. The NAICS Codes is 811219 and small business size is $6.0 million. The Contract period shall be for a base year with four options year periods. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System has requirement for twelve months of emergency service and two annual preventative maintenance inspections on UPS Systems (1) Liebert MDL. AP-346 -40KVA and (2) Liebert MDL AP-381 125K. There will be a Pre-Proposal meeting on July 25, 2007. The meeting will be held at VA Long Beach Healthcare System, CA 5801 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 in Bldg. 5 Electronics Shop at 10:00 a.m.. Offerors should attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their proposals in order to be fully aware of the scope of services required. Failure to attend the pre-proposal meeting will not relieve the successful offeror from performing in accordance with the specifications. Solicitation will be available O/A 7/16/07 with proposals due O/A 8/6/07. Solicitation package may be obtained electronically at www.bos.oamm.va.gov or www2.fbo.gov.
