- Description for Sources Sought Notice: The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS intends to negotiate Sole Source with Clear Channel Communications Inc., Biloxi, Mississippi. The sole source will be under statutory authority 10 USC 2304 c (1), set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contractor will provide Radio Spots on four stations for hard to fill positions for one (1) year. Solicitation will be released on or about July 20, 2007.
