- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Dwight D. Eisenhower Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Johnson Controls. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johnson Controls for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for Lithium Bromide Chiller units, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Leavenworth Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) 4101 S 4th Street Leavenworth, Kansas 66048. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1711. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 12, 2007. The small business size standard is $13 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
