Description: THE INTENT OF THIS ACTION IS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Vitec Group Communications, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The contract is for intercom solution equipment and was designed as a proven solution for interfacing and communicating between a crew in a Ground Control Station and personnel in a Predator Operations Cell. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A justification not to compete this procurement was approved by the local Staff Judge and Competition Advocates.
