However, it is being place on the GPE in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). Responsible source may submit a response which, if timely receive, will be considered. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources, in accordance with clause, Qualification Requirements. The Government is NOT required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Request (SAR). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
