- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for 1 each ISU-90 Weapons Room Container. This announcement constitutes the only soli citation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DAHA22-07-T-0030 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular 2005-18. This acquisition is unstricted. The requirement is as follows: 1 each Weapons Container, the weapons container must meet the following requirements: the container must be aircraft Certified for transport on C-17, C-130, C-5 an d other military airlift aircraft. The dimensions of the container must be 108 L x 88 W x 90 H-e; The container must be a 4 way forkliftable Internal Airlift/helicopter slingable container. Must have fixed secure weapons racks with 7 additional frame/sli de supports, 1 additional frame/center support, 1 modified frame/center support, 8-6-E tie down rings, 14 M4 (7gun)racks, 3- 9MM racks, 33- 9MM pockets for rack, 3 Carl Gustav Weapons case, M240 (3-gun) rack..
