- Description
- It is the Government's intent to award a sole source contract for repair and return of a quantity of two (2) each Control Unit, Supervisory, Turbines, NSN: 2995-01-521-0522, P/N: 4082T99G12 in support of the Columbian Government's UH-60 program. I nspection and Acceptance is Origin. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled - Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This award will be a delivery order to General Electric Company DBA GE Engine Services, 1 Neumann Way, Cincin nati, OH 45215-1915 under Basic Ordering Agreement FAA8104-05-G-0004. Although this is a sole source award, all approved, responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
