Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-07-T-0149 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2005-07. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 339112 (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Descripti on of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 MRI compatible Monitoring System 230V/50Hz, every component of the monitor is designed to withstand this harsh environment, must be capable by Precess's 5,000 Gauss compatibility regardless o f parameter configuration. CLIN 0004 Gating-Option for MRT-Monitor Precess including all accessories and user manuals, Part# 3160-Gating Quantity: 1 each. CLIN 0005 Addi tional Remote Display Control Unit 230V/50Hz, DCU 3160 (Wireless 2.4 GHz communication) for use with Item 0001, Part# 3160-DCU Quantity: 1 each. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 co pies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components. (vii) The place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be U.S. Hospital Landstuhl, 66849 La ndstuhl, Germany.
