Announcement No. A2011-03-0396. National Park Service, Independence National Historical Park, Philadelphia PA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Maltbie of Mount Laurel, New Jersey for modifications to the exhibit and package inspection table at the Liberty Bell Center. Maltbie was the original designer of this exhibit. Work shall include disassembly of panels and uprights, removal of stonework, reinstallation of stone and installation of a new stainless steel table. This work is being completed as part of the overhaul of the security system at Independence National Historical Park and any delays in completion of the work will not be tolerated. Contractor must be able to begin work immediately and devote their full attention to the project. This procurement is being issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - only one responsible source. Any other firms desiring consideration are requested to fully identify their interest and capability within 30 days of this synopsis to Ms. Barbara Murphy, Contracting Officer, National Park Service, Independence National Historical Park, 143 S. 3rd Street, Philadelphia PA 19106.
