Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Water Quality Assessment (NAWQA) Program, anticipates making a noncompetitive award to Dmrkynetec (Doane Marketing Research) for their estimates of pesticide use and related parameters from the AgroTrak Study for each year from 1992 to 2001 and from 2003 to 2005. Dmrkynetec is the only known source that can provide the required data from the study. This notice is for informational purposes only; no solicitation package exists. This may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. All responsible sources who believe they can provide this service are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice. An affirmative response must include, but should not be limited to, offered services, prices, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. All responses must be in writing; no telephone requests will be accepted. Contact Melissa Gill, Contracting Officer, via email at mgill@usgs.gov. The procedures of FAR Part 12 apply. Numbered Note 22 applies.
