Description

The United States General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space consisting of approximately 71,000 rentable square feet in Chantilly, Virginia. The Government has approximately three years remaining on an existing lease that has about 50,000 rentable square feet and requires an additional 21,000 rentable square feet. The Government will consider relocating its current tenancy and expand by an additional 21,000 rentable square feet, if it will be economically beneficial to relocate. Move and replication costs will be considered in the analysis. The facility must be suitable for substantial build out as close to 90 percent of the space would need to support and house special, highly technological systems contained in a secured compartmental information facility. The delineated area is Chantilly, Virginia. The space must have a minimum of 71,000 rentable square feet with a term of 5 years. Occupancy would be required by August 2008. Expression of Interest (to be utilized for evaluating purposes) should include the following information concerning one?s properties and be submitted to the address below within five (5) business days from the date of this advertisement: 1. Building(s) name(s) and address(es). 2. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 3. Common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable. 4. Tenant Improvement Allowance offered. 5. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot.
