Description
Aircraft Landing Jack applicable to multiple aircrafts. This acquisition is for NSN: 1730-01-344-3545RN, part number: 2022AS100-1. The dolly is designed to recover disabled aircraft from active runway areas when the aircraft is rendered immobile due to locked brakes, ground down rims, flat tires, or other similar conditions. General characteristics of the item are as follows: overall length – 113.6”, overall width – 33.2”, overall height – 21.7”, weight – 1900 lbs, hydraulic reservoir capacity – 145 cu. in., load capacity – 32,000 lbs, handling diameters – 4” to 44”, relief valve setting (pump) – 4000 +- 150 psi, relief valve setting (crowd) – 350 to 600 psi. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. It will consist of basic quantity of 3 ea, 4 option years with a quantity of 1-5 ea, and tech data. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Delivery is required 120 days ARO contract. Various shipping locations are involved. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offers will be evaluated based on past performance and price. The Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) program will be utilized in the evaluation of past performance. OFFERORS ARE STRONLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THEIR DATA FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Evaluation may also include input from the cognizant DCMA Administrative Contracting Officer/Industrial Specialist and/or thru conduct of Pre-Award Survey. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 07 May, 2007. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/ ). The technical data required to respond to the RFP may be obtained at the FEDTEDS webpage (https://www.fedteds.gov/).
