- Dear Prospective Offeror: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/Jordan) is seeking proposals from firms or organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation. The government estimate for the performance of work under this RFP is between $1.5 and $2.5 million. Submittal shall be in accordance with the instructions explained in Section L.6 of the RFP and, if mailed/hand carried, to place specified in Blocks 7 and 8 of the SF 33 attached hereto. Proposals are due not later than 4:00pm local Amman time Monday, June 25, 2007. Questions should be submitted in writing, no later than Thursday, May 31, 2007 to: Charles E. Mosby, Jr. Regional Contracting Officer USAID/Jordan fax: 962-6-592-0143 e-mail: cmosby@usaid.gov If substantive questions are received which effect the response to the solicitation, these questions will be answered by a modification to this solicitation. The modification will be posted on this website (http://www.fbo.gov). Offerors should retain copies of their proposal as well as all enclosures to their proposals. The solicitation in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any costs incurred in preparing and submitting a proposal.
