- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Jefferson Barracks and John J. Pershing Veterans Administration Medical Centers (VAMC) intend to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with 3M Health Care Service. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with 3M Health Care Service for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for 3M Ethylene Oxide (ETO Sterilizers, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Jefferson Barracks Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) 915 N Grand Street St Louis, MO 63106 and John J. Pershing Veterans Administration Medical Centers (VAMC) 1500 N Westwood Blvd Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339113. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3842. The small business size standard is $500.
