- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Sheba Medical Center, Heller Institute of Medical Research, Tel Hashomer, Ramat Gan, 52621 Israel, to perform R and D services in support collaborative research study, Sweat Rate Prediction Validation in Soldiers During Work in Hot Environments. Noth ing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
