Description

The U. S. Geological Survey intends to make award on a sole source basis, to RAS, Inc., Golden, Co for analysis and reporting of hydrophysical logging data and to collect additional flowmeter data using a prototype and scanning collioidal boroscope (SCBFM). RAS currently is the sole private vendor for SCBFM measurements, as authorized through their loan agreement with LLNL. RAS is the only vendor who has the necessary working knowledge of the processes and equipment to effectively perform the above described tasks for this project. There is no written solicitation for this requirement. This award will be made on or about July 17, 2007 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541380. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No additional synopsis will be published.
